For those of us who aren't code heads, UX stands for "User eXperience". This site is full of well-written, long-form essays on the various aspects of making the Web an easier place to travel. Yes, the articles can be a bit long-winded, but when you want answers that you can take to your boss, UX Magazine is the place.
